Our own brioche roll is cut and griddled in a smidge of bacon fat to get the inside toasty then spread with tarragon mayo and filled with bacon, lettuce, tomato and tender claw & knuckle Maine lobster meat. Served with hand-cut, twice-fried french fries and a side.
