Our seacuterie platters make the gathering even more perfect, even if it's just for two. That's some mighty fine swordfish...sweet and succulent. Our cold lobster roll, lightly dressed with tarragon mayo and fennel slaw on our own toasted brioche bun. Wrap our lobster tails loosely in foil after adding garlic butter & grill or bake for 12 mins small or 22 mins large. we cut exactly the amount of fish you need from the fresh fish display make delicious ready-to-cook feta spinach-stuffed sole ~ found in the fin freezer we prep our take-home suppers so all you have to do is bake, broil or saute for 10 mins or less cold lobster roll with citrus fennel slaw Our Alaskan King Crab Legs are about a pound each, give or take....wow. Our broiled wild, dry scallops are second to none. Check out our menu or make them at home! Every once in a while we bring in U8 scallops - that means there are 8 to a pound. And, they are just gaw-jus! We load our crab cakes with crab (not fillers) because that's how we like them! Dressed trout ~ perfect for stuffing and grilling. Need the heads and tails cut off? Just ask. Beautiful salmon is an everyday item at fin, either wild (in season) or farmed. Calamari salad, different each week, can be found in the seafood display cooler. Delectable, sweet swordfish is great on the grill or seared stovetop. fin always has between 5 and 8 varieties of super- fresh East and West Coast oysters Alaskan King Crab legs can be found in the fin freezer. Already cooked ~ just warm them up! Smoked trout, house-smoked salmon, smoked bay scallops and maple smoked salmon. salmon wellington can be found in the fin freezer. You bake at 425 for 20 minutes and dinner's done! fin offers two delicious soups every single day how old were you when you learned about sex on the bay oysters? today old? multiple award winning St. James Smokehouse smoked salmon is available at fin!
